I cut my daughter hair myself 🙄 and was in need of help fixing in. The salon was so warm and welcoming and my daughter felt comfortable. I’m mad I didn’t catch the stylist’s name but she was so kind. We definitely will be back!!!

For the past few visits I’ve continually had to go back the next day for corrections whether it’s from the cut or color. I continue to go back to Helen bc it is familiar and close to my house. My cut this week is the final straw. She completely botched my hair cut making it significantly shorter than I asked. The style is not what I said either. She never once checked in to make sure we were on the right path. By the time she turned the chair facing the mirror, it was too late. I was shocked. I have two major work trips coming up and I am so embarrassed with how my hair turned out. I wish I could rewind the time and never have gone. End up paying full price for the wash and cut (45) for the worst experience I’ve ever had. There is no question I am taking my business elsewhere.

Well so much for trying to support local businesses! I made an appointment for today at 330 arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early, and was told at 330 that the person who was going to do my hair was out, but she would be back shortly. There was one other person ahead of me who got served and then when they were done with him I assumed she would at the VERY least start by shampooing my hair until the other attendant arrived! I sat there for 25 minutes waiting for one person to come in and take care of my hair! The only person finished up with the client that was there before me and didn't bother to wash my hair. Didn't bother to see if there was anything she could do for me. I had to sit and wait! There was NOBODY else waiting in the salon! So I guess it's a good thing that my revie

I found this place through google and decided to try out. Helen is nice person but her haircut skill sucks. She doesn’t know how to cut hair. She was having hard time cutting my side bangs. My hair looks chopped uneven and made my hair even more thin! I will not be going back.not only that my hair color is bleeding and scalp is super painful. I still paid $120 plus tip. It wasn’t worth it. Sorry but businesses should be reviewed fairly. That’s my experience
