Wonderful experience, customer service, and surgery. The let down was not being asked if I wanted to keep my wisdom teeth, and being told too bad they were thrown away. 😞

Appreciated the step-by-step narrative by Dr. Mazz & Heather during the extraction of a molar with a chronic infection that proved "very impressive" (docs words). Amazed at the lack of pain after the initial sting of local injection along with the nitrous. Following post op instructions of ice, literally in the car before starting the ride home and stopping twice for Wendy's frosties. NO swelling on day two with rapid healing eating only soft foods as directed. Do not hesitate to contact these folks for your dental care needs!

Over the course of many years, I've had three implants. Two of which were performed by North Florida Oral & Facial Surgery. They have the most competent surgeon, staff and absolute best bedside manner,. My experiences with North Florida Oral & Facial Surgery was incredible. It's amazing how such invasive procedures can be done with little or no pain afterward. Thank you for your expertise Dr. Muzzuoccolo and staff!

My visit to North Florida Oral & Facial Surgery was great. My wife was allowed to accompany me during my visit. Although everything was explained, we were allowed to ask questions, share experiences, and we felt very assured of future appointments at departure. Everyone was very friendly and kind.

I have been to this office 5 different times and I cannot think of a negative thing to say or a suggestion to improve their office. The office staff is friendly, patient and very efficient. If you have a question or concern they are very nice about making sure that your concerns have been clarified. The medical staff is also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable….. which helps a lot to make one much more comfortable and a lot less anxious! Then there is Dr Mazz…… I wish all doctors had his knowledge, patience and amazing ability to comfort and insure understanding of recommendations and procedures to come. This practice is the best I have encountered ever!
