North Beach Barber Shop

This is the best place hands down in myrtle beach to get a haircut! The owner is very polite and paid attention to what i asked for today! His wife works with him and she was very nice and polite as well!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars cause he deserves it. Clean shop, has tons of memorabilia in shop! Very friendly and respectful! Thank u sir again today for the haircut looks and feels amazing

I grew up with old fashion barber shops and was struggling to find a similar experience in North Myrtle Beach. A few years ago I found the North Myrtle Beach Barber shop & have been going ever since. Tommy is inviting & personable. He's experienced , gives a great hair cut & welcoming conversation. The decor is always interesting & love the pictures. Although he takes walk-in business, I would recommend calling for an appointment to be sure he can fit you in. Because of his expertise & conversation he is in demand. So if you're looking for a great hair cut and conversation from a real barber try him out!

I recently visited North Beach Barbershop in Myrtle Beach, and I can’t recommend it enough—5 stars all the way! My husband, who hadn’t had a professional haircut since our wedding 41 years ago, was a bit hesitant, but the experience won him over. The barber and his wife, married for an incredible 42 years, were an absolute delight. Their warm, welcoming vibe and playful married-life banter made us feel right at home. The shop itself is a treasure trove of personal history, with every object telling a story, giving it such a unique and nostalgic charm. The haircut was top-notch, and the whole experience felt like stepping into a time capsule of genuine hospitality. We left laughing and already looking forward to our next visit. We were visiting the area for 2 weeks and my husband needed a haircut. I called to make an appointment and they were able to get him on the schedule in a hour. Tommy is very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job and we will be visiting him again on our annual vacation.

My son and I needed hair cuts while on vacation. I decided to give North Beach Barber Shop a try. This place has an old school barber feel. The owners are super friendly. We both got great cuts. I highly recommend going here. They do take walk-in but they are very busy so call and make and appointment.
