Norristown Nails

Service was terrible I went yesterday and two hours after I left my nails were peeling. Then today at work I was opening a carton of milk and broke both my middle finger & my thumb. I feel like I just got my nails done 24 hours ago there’s no reason why they should be peeling and breaking like this. The only reason I’m going back is to get my money back they won’t be seeing me again.

This place just is not what it used to be. The owner will literally start working on you then pause to complete one of her faves without even saying “hold on”. Tina literally will get up and leave you where you are and have you waiting. There’s no point in making an appointment in my opinion . I’ve made so many appointments and still end up having to wait. Even now, as I sit here, my feet has been soaking in water for over 30 minutes. Don’t get me wrong, they do a great job but the professionalism just isn’t there anymore. Didn’t bother me as much before, but now I’m kind of fed up. Not only that the owner just rushes these days.

The worst nail shop on the face of the earth! unprofessional amateurs over changing for crappie work no one in the whole shop can paint, the nail polish is out dated I don’t understand how they are still open. I didn’t see any credentials hanging on the wall I’m sure not one of them went to school for cosmetology I’m disappointed got took for $65 of my time for the bad service. They only speak English when they are charging you for something. It’s rude and disrespectful to speak in a different language with customers that don’t understand. I will never go back there again. My feet look and feel like I did them 🤦🏽‍♀️😩🤬 no correction I could have definitely done my nails better then this.

Best place for eyelashes and tinted eyebrows. I highly recommend Tina! She is the best!!! I love her unique nail styles!

i asked to get a pedicure and french tip with acrylic she said it was a total of $80 at first and im like how if a pedicure is $30 and french tip is $10 im assuming plus a like extra for acrylic im at $55-60 here where did $80 come
