Norma's Salon & Barber

We went in on two instances without an appointment and were told that we would be taken “next”. The first time I went with my husband and son and waited an extremely long time (30-40 minutes) as we watched new people come in and sit. We left. Recently my husband and son went back to give it another shot and the same thing happened. Basically she took a regular over them. My husband told the woman this was the second time and she said “ it wasn’t me last time” so she acknowledged that it had already happened. False promises! If you can’t take them then just say it.

Always very welcoming atmosphere. Very busy today. Good thing they had 4 stylists working. I always go with whoever will see me right away. Today I got the male Barber. He did a really good job! He asked how I wanted my haircut. And he followed all my directions. I'll continue to frequent this establishment. 😁

Excellent cut. Very detailed and very affordable. $20+ tip for a men's trim! Tip: Don't go with the guy, even if you're encouraged to. The ladies are miles better for a good cut.

Me and my son have been coming here for years. The best fades and friendliest people. Great prices so tip them well. Don’t do 2 or 3 dollars. Give them what they deserve. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Waited about 2 hours and instead of the barbers taking people by first come first serve, started taking people randomly (appointments are not available) after confronting the barbers about who was next in line, they were aware but didn’t care. Really wish I wouldn’t have wasted 2 hours here today.
