Vale was super professional. I didn’t however get what I wanted. I booked a highlight and cut consultation. After speaking with her, we agreed to a balayage I was under the impression that it would be lightened. It wasn’t, it was just dye. The haircut was great, but the overall look wasn’t what I wanted. I believe there were all good intentions but the customer wants are what is paid for and a service. The staff is so so sweet, the energy everyone. But I just wanted what I asked for and what we agreed to. Anyways, $170 for a haircut and color that covered my greys. I have now had to book with another salon to get my balayage lightened how I wanted.

The stylist Vale was very sweet, kind and professional. All though I liked my hair I didn’t get what I asked for. I asked and paid for highlights and cut, that of which a very nice cut was performed and only hair dye. I appreciate the care into the hair but i wanted a subtle balayage using bleach for a lighter color and came out with light brown hair. I think if someone pays for a service they asked for the expectation should be met. $170 later, pretty much for a great hair cut and color that I didn’t ask for. Otherwise, I loved the energy, people were amazing and so so sweet. I have already made my second appt at a nearby salon to add highlights which will be an extra cost.

I’ve been doing my hair w Gio for over 20 years and he always leaves my hair looking fabulous! Highly recommend!

I’m giving this place a bad review because i know i was way over charged. I came in at 5:30, i was literally out at 6 exactly. My hair was already straight from the day before (1st picture). i went in for a touch up on my hair as i wanted a fresh blow out look with curls… 1st salon charged me $77 for a wash, cut AND blow out. This spot literally just charged me $70 for what????? For nothing. I was in there for about 28 minutes & again, my hair was straight already. This is just ridiculous honestly

Did my blonde hair like no one. Ask for giovanni always he is the best!!!
