Nordstrom Rack

I had the pleasure of hosting Tara & her team at Exodus Escape Room in Anaheim Hills...and it Reminded me of a great experience I recently had at their store. Had a wedding to be at in 4 hours, needed a suit (as my suit pants split on me - yeah, don't ask lol.) So I slip into Nordstrom Rack An Hills, find a great navy blue suit that fit just right. Tried on a couple others first, but sure enough, 3rd times a charm and this was it! Also found a great shirt that is a really soft material and reminded me of the "express performance" shirts I used to like alot, but this one cost less and is the same great quality. So I guess I have a new favorite store to check first for my dress shirts and suits. Thank you Tara, and team. We will be back!

It was nice to hear the same complements that crossed my mind the 1st time I walked in there. Also, to see good people not making a mess like in the other department stores. It felt like a more civilized & safer place to shop. A huge thank you 🙌 to everyone... for making a positive difference out there. ✌️💖🌎

To the woman working the fitting and the gentleman in blue, thank you for all your help today 9/13 I was in search of a Nordstrom rack with the product I’ve been eyeing for a while. My order wasn’t fulfilled yet but throughout all of it they maintained such a professional and kind demeanor while extending themselves to ensure all my needs were met. They really made my day please keep up the amazing work you two !

This is a great Nordstrom Rack. Located in Anaheim Hills Festival Shopping 🛍️ center. The strip mall hosts Hoppy Lobby, Target, Starbucks, TJ max, and many other food and service shops.

What is with this store? So not typical of Nordstrom. The workers are great, but the leadership is terrible. For instance, I asked them for an extended hold on an item that was late shipping to them (I had to leave town for a week). I went to pick it up by the deadline date (morning) and it was gone. Returned. Why? Because the deadline day was that day but at 12:01AM not at store closing! Seriously?! Another time I complained because an expensive suit I purchased for pick up was crammed into a ziplock sized bag. It was in a wad, unwearable. The manager said that they do that sometimes because they run out of boxes! She cited a ballgown that once came in a small plastic bag. This is your excuse? Nordstrom ran out of boxes? Nordstrom making excuses? It’s like this Nordstrom was invade
