But Oksana not only helped me choose, but also got me interested in other products. Attentive and knowledgeable, Oksana also selected a perfume for me. She's an excellent professional. Extremely disappointing experience. I walked into this Nordstrom and was completely ignored—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, and the way I was treated felt racially biased. This wasn’t just bad service; it was uncomfortable and unacceptable. For a store that prides itself on customer experience, this was embarrassing. Management seriously needs to address the lack of respect and the apparent discrimination happening in this location.

Extremely disappointing and troubling experience I had at your store today while attempting to consult about alterations. Upon arrival, a staff member asked me to wait for the alterations consultant. I waited for an extended period of time without any updates. When I calmly approached the counter to ask when the consultant would arrive, an unrelated customer — a white woman — abruptly interrupted and accused me of “being rude,” despite the fact that I was speaking politely and directing my question solely to your staff. What made the situation significantly worse was that several employees were standing nearby and chose to watch the interaction unfold without intervening, de-escalating, or correcting the inappropriate behavior.
