i came in to get a haircut and blowout 3 weeks ago and the staff who attended me were very kind and did a great job. so i decided to come back a second time and this time it was different people on the shift and unfortunately my experience wasn’t as pleasant. i am not okay with how the woman who did my hair treated me towards the end of my appointment. it is difficult for me to stay still for long periods of time so i got slightly fidgety towards the end of her finishing my hair and she thought it was okay to scold me about staying still as if i am a child and not a paying customer in my 20’s. she also kept burning me with the blow dryer. this is very unfortunate because i was planning on giving her a large tip. i don’t tolerate disrespect so i won’t be returning.

In July 2024, I decided to get a Brazilian keratin treatment here since I sometimes got a wash and set from here. As someone who is a vet in getting these treatments, I already knew something was off after my first wash. My curls were the same as before the treatment. My hair doesn’t revert back to this state until perhaps a year after. I paid $300+ for this service and it did nothing but trigger my asthma. Highly disappointed since it cost more than the spot I go to downtown. Ladies, don’t cheat on your stylist when they’re on vacation. Heavy regret!!
