Now, let me say this: I’ve had massages all over the world—30+ years, countless spas, some of the fanciest, most over-the-top places you can imagine. And yet… my session with Monique was hands down (literally) the BEST massage I’ve ever had. EVER. No debate. She used her hands, her arms, her feet—basically every tool in her arsenal—and somehow managed to find stress and tightness I didn’t even know existed. Picture this: you’re exhausted- your body is worn out and aches from your personal choice to climb every peak in this beautiful area where you’ve not been (Bryce, cedar Breaks, Red Cliffs, and on and on— in desperation you search google maps for a solution and up pops Noorish Spas. Within minutes you have a 90 min appt and a text response stating “Girl- I can work out those knots”!! Noorish Spas LIVES by its’ name. It NOURISHES the body mind and soul. Malake (the owner) is beyond phenomenal with her intuitive ability to perceive the “going’s on” within the body and “pull” them out. One of the best spa I've ever been to. Thanks for Malik for managing her schedule and accepting me even though I called just a day prior. I started my experience showering before getting into the hot tub. I had body scrub, body massage and facial. It was so relaxing time. She paid attention to every single details, from the message pressuring, music, scent, temperature, light.. everything was perfect.

After 5 days at a convention in Vegas, a long muddy hike at Bryce Canyon, and snow mobiling- I was a wreck. I messaged Noorish to see if they could fit me in on a Saturday in the off-season and they quickly replied yes. I had to send CC info to hold the spot and they sent me a questionare to fill out digitally, which I quickly did. The spa is in the Brain Head Lodge on the first floor. I changed into a robe and locked my stuff in a locker then drank some water as I waited. I could have gotten in to the dry sauna or the steam sauna but passed. There is also a hot tub. I prefer a quiet isolated spa experience, but this spa has some communal lounges Whitney came and got me and we discussed why I had booked the appointment and what services would fit my needs. I booked this completely last minute (thanks to them for accommodating me!) and it ended up being the highlight of my whole trip! I was super sore from hiking in Zion and Bryce and with sunset being so early, and my massage with Whitney was exactly what I needed! She is super talented and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The amenities are a huge perk and it was a perfect way to spend my afternoon!
