I couldn’t find anyone within the Woodstock, GA area to braid my hair and then I stumbled upon Noire Beauty. I must say she is very professional, and caring. She made sure that I was equipped with a charger for my phone and allowed me to make the choice of what I wanted to watch. Julz exceeded my expectations because I wanted mid back and she went a little longer to give what it needed to give for the season. Definitely would recommend 10/10 and in this economy Julz pricing was perfect for me!
