Noir Nails 💅

I have been going to Krystal for YEARS, and I love her work. She knows how to shape nails so well. My nails last almost a month until my next fill and she can imitate any nail design I show her. She always has the salon put together and well furnished. She prides herself in creating a welcoming ambiance. I also go to Coco for my pedicure and she is so kind and sweet, she does amazing work on my toenails. I usually get acrylic on the two big toes then do a gel polish, her shaping is also immaculate. They are both very professional and accommodating and treat me like I belong and I’m family. I’ve never went to Zuri to get my nails done being that I go to Krystal, but she is always nice and friendly to me. She is also extremely knowledgeable on nail health.

By far the best nail salon in Knoxville! I’ve been coming for years and even recently, they’ve upgraded color choices (bringing back a full stock of tried and true OPI colors- yay!) and updated their service menu (now offering hot stone massages on top of the already wonderful scrub, lotion, and wax massages). Such a sweet team! Love having this S my home salon!!

Positive experience Everytime I go. Its clean, shes ON TIME, she moves quickly and most important my nails will stay on 5 weeks easily if i don’t pry them off. The quality of her products and the accuracy of whatever style u ask her to do makes every visit worth it!

My experience with Noir Nails was ... interesting. Firstly, i received the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life to the point where i told her to not even finish. she scrubbed my feet for less than a minute, the water was ice cold she had to warm up batches of hot water to make it warm. Its also located in a weird space, i felt so uncomfortable. I paid $30 for 20 mins of service. Also she didn't take off all my gel polish (see attached photo) the ambiance was beautiful. I arrived for my soak off and I'm guessing I was speaking to the owner, Crystal. she was very polite. She introduced me to the lady that would be doing my nails and she didn't even say a simple "Hi" back. Her energy wasn't welcoming at all. The person who did my nails is Ann-Marie. This was the most exceptional experience I have ever had in my entire life both professionally & aesthetically. My appointment was at 4pm & at 4pm I begun getting my nails done!!! They had me sold by that muchless. The nail technician that did my nails whose name is Ann Marie is a MASTER of her craft. Such precision and stealth. She made sure to ask me all the necessary questions to ensure that I got it the way I wanted it! I have done my nails for 17 years here in New York and other countries and this is the BEST ever!
