Awesome customer service and beautiful work. I love my gel x nails! She even discounted my bill because she was running behind. I will keep giving her nails until she's sick of me lol.

Okay customer service as far as the appointment setting process and engagement with client goes during the appointment. Not so much on the time spent for the service booked. Not sure the environment (her apartment) is a great place for services rendered, as my nails only lasted exactly 9 days before they began popping off like press on nails in the club lolll.. I was told I had passed the "3 day free" period and that 30% off would be given for my next set which I didn't think was an appropriate solution seeing as I would not be booking ever again.. I booked for dip with tips, cant even remember if dip powder or gel polish was used, either way they lacked sustainability. The set got the job done and was cute until they weren't, but if you're looking for quality and don't have the extra mone

Whitney was extremely unprofessional, rude, and provided nothing more than an awkward/messy environment and atmosphere. She was more concerned about watching her Hulu show than she was about her client. All while charging $30-$40 more than your typical nail salon. Not to mention she charges before she finished and wants to see that you sent her an adequate amount before she continues. She had nice colors though. So there’s that.

Whitney does top notch work. I needed a new set on short notice and she took care of me and did a fabulous job. Highly recommend
