No.18 - Atlanta Buckhead

I would not recommend No. 18 Atlanta to any professional, especially those running a young, vibrant, client-facing business. During one of my client signings, Samira Jalaly repeatedly followed me and my guests around the space in a way that felt intrusive and racially discriminatory. My guests were uncomfortable, and so was I. When I reached out to management and higher-ups about the incident, nothing was done. No accountability, no meaningful follow-up, not even an attempt to address the concern. The communication from both the front desk and management is consistently terrible. The venue is beautiful. I love staff but the community manager Simone gave me a very unpleasant welcoming. I usually deal w front desk to help make my payments. I was talking to Bridgette and Simone intrusively placed herself to our conversation. I was in another state doing business and haven’t been there in a while so I needed to make payment. Simone was rude, she had an attitude with me and I was talking to her about the status off my account. I came there to make a payment but Simone was very unpleasant and made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed even tho I been a member over 9 months. Love number 18 venue but be aware of Simone. I’m not making no further payments until I’m issued an apology. May I ad she was rude in front of my client. Totally unprofessional Simone!

The staff at No18 have been outstanding, from the warm welcome at the reception desk from Tevin and Jayli to the helpful engagement from Kim who works in sales. We love the space and the people here!

This place is beautiful. The management turnover is constant and the worst part is the continuous internet outages. I have had 20 outages in the last 6 months and I pay a two-person office. It is absolutely not worth it. WOULD NOT LEASE HERE. You will be very disappointed when you are continuously kicked off meetings and learn that you cannot get your work done in this office space. Regus is known for it's horrible management and lack of responsiveness from IT.

This team is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Bridgete and the rest of the team…they are amazing! They have cultivated an environment that’s conducive to having a comfortable yet productive, creative workspace. Not only does my team love them (and love being here), our clients love them as well. As a Celebrity Tailor I am very fortunate that I found this place and am able to call it “home.”
