This is such an amazing place! It’s very clean and inviting. You can tell how much love and hard work the employees put into this place. I highly recommend the infrared saunas they work wonders and I always feel so much lighter after my sessions! They are amazing for recovery from anything. Whether that’s being sore from the gym, you were just sick and need to detox, or if you had an injury! I’m am telling you this place is truly worth every penny!

I've only visited once, but I can't wait to go back. The room is dark and peaceful, and it's been beautifully laid out with the intention of giving you the best experience possible. I was in the spaceship sauna for 30 minutes. When I walked in, I was tired, sad, and totally unmotivated to do anything. When I walked out, I had real joy in my heart, and I went home and tackled a bunch of projects that had been staring at me for months. I felt real peace, and that night, I got the best sleep I've had in months. It's $35 for the session, and in my opinion, absolutely worth it. The chiropractor who runs it has one of the most caring souls of anyone I've ever met. He truly wants people to feel better without pushing anything on anyone. No Sweat has been instrumental in the healing of my body. This is not the “steam” type sauna but infared heat. For thirty minutes, sitting in the warm glass booth to relax and sweat is a good way to start or end my day. I use that time to quiet my mind. I feel so much better, mentally and physically, afterwards. There are different types of memberships to fit your needs. Your first visit is free so take advantage of that opportunity to see if it’s right for you. I tried it and am glad I did! The staff is wonderful, efficient, friendly, and professional. The booking is simple and can be done with them or online. It is very convenient.
