So I booked my appointment pretty much same day . My original stylist called out sick and my appointment had to be moved and some other issues that caused my appointment to start 2 hour later. But Terri herself is passionate about hair because she came in despite all the chaos and had wonderful customer service & did an amazing job . She accommodated to my needs and she was very positive . Thank you Terri 💕

I’ve been a regular here since 2019, but my last visit with Aaniah was a total letdown. I came to get some small/medium kinky twists, but the result? Not even close to professional standards especially the front section which was seriously lacking the fullness I was expecting on. Compared it to the pics on the website and it was a world of difference. For the price I paid, I was expecting a better work. I have done with style on MYSELF before and I did a way better job than a so-called “professional.” After this experience I wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone. You'll end up just as disappointed as I was

Great salon environment. Beautiful interior. Lots of parking. Appt started right on time. Serena did a great job on my hair. She was very patient and gentle. Will be back.

I visited the Snellville location. My stylist, Shay, was very nice, patient and honest. I appreciated that she gave me multiple options other than just cutting all my hair and starting again! It needs to be cut, but it can be done gradually and that eased my mind. I have a natural braid style but my hair wasn’t tight at all like it typically is! That was a huge plus. The salon atmosphere was great, refreshments were available and I didn’t have a long wait at all. I will definitely be back, really soon!

I had a wonderful experience on my first visit to the salon. Terri is amazing, she took great care of me. I felt very pampered, and listened to. I can't get over the relaxing shampoo chairs that recline, and being able to enjoy a back massager while sitting under the dryer. That was amazing. I also loved the scalp treatments that were available! Terri used two great products on my scalp from that line; the only one that was unavailable was the scalp scrub that she mentioned. She said it had run out, but that you all will get it reordered. But I absolutely love the pleasant, relaxing vibe, the warm atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the modern style/feel of the salon. Even the music playing was phenomenal. I went ahead and made my next appointment with Terri before I left that day. Thank you
