I stopped by as a walkin with khadijah, and she did an amazing job.. not only did she take her time, and pay attention to detail, but she made good conversation, and had an overall great professional attitude. If anyone mentions her name, and gives a 1 star review, ignore them, they have no clue what they are talking about..

I started going here over almost two years ago. My first visit I gave some goofy a chance as a walk-in. I guess they give walk-ins to the weaker barbers who don’t have appointments/clientele built up. Although it wasn’t cut at all to my liking, I noticed Melo and Dame were super tough with the clippers. Started booking appointments with Melo and a month afterwards he’s gone. I went with Khadijah on the fly and she did great. But as soon as I tried to ask for Dame, he’s gone. So everything was good until Dec. 5th 2025. I love her to death as a barber, but she had my hair butchered that day. The edge up was decent along with the taper, but the top was shitty. One side thicker than the other, and I tipped that day. She always received 25 to 40 dollar tips on top of 55 dollar cost.To the owne

Phill is hands down one of the best barbers in Charlotte. His attention to detail professionalism and consistency set him apart. Every time I sit in his chair I know I’m leaving with a clean sharp cut that gets compliments. He takes his time to make sure you’re happy with the result and the vibe in his chair is always positive and laid back. Charles cut my hair today. He was very thorough and detailed. He gave me one of the best haircuts I've had since living here in Charlotte 06. He's skilled and has passion for cutting hair. Thank you Charles. I highly recommend him!

This ruined my day! A week ago I booked and received confirmation for a 9am appt for today. Out of the blue this morning at 8:00 I received a text that they moved it to 10 without my permission. I couldn't do 10 because of a work trip flight. If 9:00 wasn't available..it shouldn't be listed on the booking app. I didn't get a cut which ruins my trip. And I was charged, $40. Horrible service Picture attached and I would like a refund
