I would never ever come back here again! You guys are extremely unprofessional!! Okay so I did not like my massage too much but still decided to give a $5 tip. The lady grabbed my $5 with her 2 fingers and said no way…$5? What is this!?! $10 only!!! I said excuse me? A tip is not mandated! It’s to the customers discretion!! She said no no $10 $10 only! I worked too hard! I kindly grabbed my $5 back and told them I will never come back ever again! This place is extremely unprofessional! If you guys want a mandated tip you might as well UP ur prices! That was the rudest experience I ever had.

Awful experience. Waste of money. Rude staff. Can’t stress enough to not go here.

The other night, me & a friend went for a massage. I called, made my reservation & asked how much for the basic massage. I was told $40. When I was about to pay the lady was telling me our total was $98 and she forced/decided how much tip I should give. My bill was supposed to be $80, okay plus tax but to impose & force the customers how much tip should I give. If my bill is $40, why would I give $20 tip?! Do the math, that’s a lot! Their service is average, but I am not happy of how they force & impose how much tip you should give.

Yesterday, 10/07 was my first time getting a massage from this business. I don't regret it. I really enjoyed my experience. The staff was friendly, and the massage felt really good. They were kind, respectful, and filled with lots of smiles. I didn't use the Groupon deal because the prices were all the same in-house. So, I didn't see the point using Groupon when I could give them the money directly. They speak very little English. But, it's a massage. I'm not there for anything more or anything less. The location is clean, smells great, and I love the decorations with the music choice. I'll be back.

Used to be the best place around. Lately, they have not focused on the experience. Last massage they interrupted the already in progress massage to discuss five dollars.....insane
