NL Nails

Literally every time I come here they never cease to amaze me. This is my third time back, super cute, great customer service, they put some serious TLC into nail shapes, and it’s affordable! Love this place.

Sooooo happy to have found this salon. What a hidden gem in Woodbine. My nails turned out so cute. The ladies here take their time, they are clean and meticulous. They do not rush, they do not answer the phone while completing your service, or yell across the salon. They do not overbook and cause you to wait. They respect you, your time, and your service.

Trust me when I say that there is NO ONE pickier with her nails and toes than my girlfriend, Em. She goes through nail salons like I go through underwear, dispatching tech after tech because the length was too long, it made her cuticles sore, they looked at her funny, you name it. Well, she has finally found a home with Nhgi and her lovely family at NL Nails. I should say "we" because, well, I do the man-pedi thing myself and I also bring my 10 year old daughter in occasionally as well. We live 35 minutes away in Damascus, but faithfully make the trek every other Saturday morning when they open at 10AM, complete with our beautiful yet tyrannical handful of a two year old daughter. I requested a standard Full set acrylic and was given an upgraded gel set without my consent and then up charged for it. (First time getting nails done so I didn’t know that’s what the light was). Then was told it starts at 60 even after I showed them their own website listing that said 50 for the gel set that I already did not ask for. Overall not great quality and didn’t match the very simple inspo picture I gave. The girl was nice but discouraging experience and felt taken advantage of. Update: it has been 10 days since my appointment and 1 nail has popped off completely and 2 more are coming up. In comparison to a friend whose nails are 3 weeks old mine looked more grown out at 6 days.(I have never had super fast growing nails). Upsetting that my claims of nails not being quality was

Nghi did an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure! The shape and ombre of my acrylics is exactly what i wanted, and my pedicure feels neat and clean. Customer service was top notch! Looking forward to this becoming my regular salon.
