Naam gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! I have people asking me what reference photo I gave for my haircut and I’m like we just had a conversation about wanting it to feel healthier and move more and refresh my style and wow, did she deliver! I bleach and color my own hair and she didn’t judge my at-home/brad mondo referenced (lovingly) bleach job and just got it feeling healthy and cute. Can’t wait to go back!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I scheduled a 9:30 a.m. appointment last Wednesday for my daughter to get braid extensions. We arrived on time, but no one was there. We waited over an hour, and when someone finally showed up, it wasn’t even the braider — it was the barber. He called the owner, and they acted like they had no idea an appointment was scheduled. We ended up leaving. I then went online and rescheduled for Thursday at 10:30 a.m. They texted to confirm and briefly apologized for the previous situation, but never gave an explanation. When we arrived for the rescheduled appointment, the stylist asked if we brought the hair. I assumed the hair was included since the service costs $270. This was my first time at Natchaya Salon based off a Google search and reviews for Asian hair salons and was so THRILLED with my experience! I had Naam, the owner and we started with a consultation of my haircut and possible color, shampoo and condition where I added on a deep conditioning treatment that was very relaxing, followed by a haircut, and blow dry with a little curling at the end after I asked her about which technique to use for beach waves. She was friendly, respectful and communicated well the entire time. She checked in regularly about how my hair looked and felt to me, and added more layers and facial framing at the end after giving me time to play with my hair to give her initial feedback. Let's just say I finally found a beauty salon where the price is right and worth it. I have gone to many places to get my hair done and each time I was not satisfied so I decided I was just going to do my own hair yet I couldn't satisfy myself, so my sister in law got her hair done and I loved it so I asked her finally where she got it done, I looked the place up and not one review from a customer was less than 5 stars or dissatisfied. I took the risk and it was worth it. This is the place to go, they listen, make some recommendation and the end result was Perfect!!!
