They make all excuses just to make you pay as long as possible. If you want to talk to them about it by phone, they very rude , hostile and unprofessional. If you rent space from them, expect double payment from insurance, because they were invited in many Scams. Also no insurance will want to take you because of that. There is only one and that insurance is most expensive on the market.
