Love my hair. They definitely have acquired a customer. Setting an appointment was quick and easy. They were on time and the atmosphere was relaxed.

I was hoping I didn’t have to write a review that reflected my disappointment. I booked for “Smedium” knotless waist length braids, my appointment was for 10 am and I was done and out by 2pm. I was surprised at how quick the service was. Anyone would think this is a great thing, but not when the work itself reflects poor service. I found this place off TikTok and was excited because from the pictures everything looked great and the reviews were positive. I just moved to Pa and it seems like there’s a scarcity on braiders here in this state so I was hoping Nitah’s hair braiding would’ve been my one and only “ go to “ place but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going back. Nitah’s Hair Braiding consistently delivers great braids, fair prices, and a smooth booking process. My final visit before moving was friendly and efficient - even when I arrived a bit late, they got me started right away. However, the stylist added curls I didn’t request, and at first there was some blame-shifting instead of simply owning the mistake. They did apologize, restyled my hair, and only charged for the correct service, which I appreciate. The finished look is pretty, but it isn’t the low-maintenance style I booked, which is disappointing given the cost. Overall, quality work and good value, but clearer communication is needed.

Super friendly professional and really fast. My braids came out neat clean and exactly how I wanted them. The shop has such a welcoming vibe. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for quality braids!!!
