I scheduled an appointment which is now required for 10:00 I came here because I timed myself to go do my errands at 11:00 I know it would’ve been done by 11:00 as I have very very short hair and all I was getting was a roller set. I walked in at 9:55 for my appointment, the lady (Paola) that I had an appointment with already had a walk in, in her chair just starting on her hair! If I knew these people took walk ins before people that actually had a scheduled appointment, I would’ve just walked in honestly. Very unprofessional, and not good at communication whatsoever, I told her I had plans for today and this is the reason I have to get my hair done. Keep in mind I schedule this appointment the Saturday before for today Thursday at 10:00 A.M. I went to Haven Hair salon in East Haven inst

Always a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly, accommodating, prices are reasonable and Nissy makes you looking and feeling good when she's done. I highly recommend her as your hairdresser

I've been going to her salon since she opened. I love how she blow dries my hair. It's very good. Lasts a long time. She's open on Saturdays.

I was recommended to go here by a friend. I wanted my hair dyed a rose gold, it was a complicated look and they told me they could do it with ease. But instead they ruined my hair! They gave me a burgundy color with a pink/blonde ombre at the very end of my tips. Horrible! Wouldn't recommend anyone go here if they want their hair dyed.

No one gets my roots like Nissys girls. I hate getting my hair done and it looks nice when I walk out of the salon but then like 5 mins later my roots are starting to curl up. They are the only ones that have pulled it in a way that it lasts for days. I haven't had any fancy coloring yet though.
