I had a pedicure here this past Saturday. While I was happy with the service during my appointment, the quality of the nail work and their response to an issue was disappointing. My appointment was for a 90-minute luxury pedicure with regular pedicure is 60-min with lower cost, but the service was done 17 minutes early, which was unexpected. I was advised to wear the spa slippers for half an hour, but even after wearing them for four hours and then putting on sports shoes, my toenails were still smudged and folded. I took a picture of the damage but got busy with work and didn't address it right away. I had a dip manicure and pedicure from Tiffany and it was probably the best nail set i've ever had and I've been to many places over the years. She was so thorough and made sure every detail was perfect. It also included a manicure which not every nail salon include a manicure with their dip sets (or you pay extra). She was friendly, the salon was clean and pleasant, and the prices were good. I will definately be back!

My massage started at 3 we started a few minutes late but ended by 3:50. It was suppose to be a 60 minute massage. I did not get the full time. This was suppose to be a medical massage, tho nothing was really asked about my body or conditions. Not even a question to see the pressure is feeling or anything. I will not be returning. Additionally when I was on their website they had a promo for $39 for new client medical massage. They did not honor what is on their website and blamed it on an outdated website. Overall not a great experience in regards to the operation and pricing. The massage itself was fine

The masseuse who did my massage today was Michelle and she was incredible! She was very patient and kind to me (second time ever getting a massage here) and she has the softest hands! She also wasn't too rough which I appropriated greatly. She also followed my intake paper to a T and made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable. I definitely will be seeing her again! Overall amazing experience! Everyone I had contact with was very polite and welcoming. This place is amazing!

I got a first timers message here and let me tell you it was absolutely incredible! The staff was super friendly from the moment you walked in. The atmosphere is the definition of relaxing. My masseuse was Kathryn and she was so amazing! The rebooking process was super easy and I’ll definitely be coming back and referring it to my friends.
