I did not tip. That should tell you how dissatisfied and disappointed I was. I really wish I could have had a better experience, but I did not. 1. Upon finishing, The worker made no effort to clean off the removed eyebrows; they were all over my eyes and cheeks. I ended up having to do it. And while I was trying to clean off at the mirror, she seemed urged to have me pay and go (I went well within business hours and I was the only customer) 2. I asked her to go over an area that did not look clean, she refused saying the thread could not remove it. I’ve been using threading services for over 10 years and not once has anyone refused to clean up at request, or go over with tweezers for a clean look. I provided clear instructions for my eyebrow service, but the result was the complete opposite of what I requested. It felt as though my concerns were ignored. I was very disappointed by the lack of listening and communication. I would have appreciated it if the threader had asked clarifying questions to ensure they fully understood my expectations, rather than acknowledging my request and then failing to deliver. Unfortunately, this experience will be my first and last visit to this establishment.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I am from out of town so I didn’t know any better. The workers are inexperienced. My eyelid was bleeding because the woman took off some skin. And my eyebrows were worse than when I came in.

Certain employees seem to be bothered and have an attitude when one asks for a specific employee to do their brows. I once asked for a specific employee (because she does an amazing job!) and was told she’ll be in soon, 20 minutes I was told. So I came back 30 minutes later and still no sign of her. I had some where to be so I asked the lady currently working to do my brows (seeing that she was free and no customers were waiting) and she said to me in a rude way, “I only do my customers,” while staring at her computer screen and making no eye contact with me. So rude! I will not be coming back to this place. I don’t recommend it, go where customers are respected. I’m convinced that she purposely made me wait around for an employee that was never going to show.

I have been coming to this place for years. It’s such a quick and easy experience. No appointment needed, in and out quickly, and the pricing is great. I love the shape that they create in the clean lines that result.
