Disappointing, especially since this place had so many good reviews. I was met with upselling tactics and attempts to change the service I had booked which made for an uncomfortable experience. I booked a basic pedicure ($38) and a dipping powder manicure ($65). Upon arrival, the front lady asked to see my nails which were bare and on the shorter side so she took the opportunity to ask if I wanted to get fake nails, I said no. When the ladies started working on my nails, the lady doing my manicure tried to change the service I had booked, asking if I wanted to get gel instead. I said no because I don’t like the UV lamps. Rather than let it go, she stared at me for a few seconds as if challenging my decision which was very unpleasant. Then, the lady doing my pedicure kept asking if I wante

I had my nails done by Tiffany and my toes by Michelle. They were both incredibly nice and warm to me! When I had a nail pop off(idk how) I came back and got it fixed no issue and she remembered exactly what I got lol! Definitely recommend!

I’ve visited this salon a few times under the new management and had good experiences until now. Unfortunately, this visit was unacceptable. The nail tech sliced and cut my cuticle excessively causing it to bleed. She poured alcohol on the wound, which made it even more painful. Despite the bleeding, she continued working without addressing the issue until I insisted she compress it to stop the bleeding. When I got home and had a chance to inspect it, I realized how deep and open the wound was. While I paid for the service and tipped, I now regret doing so after seeing the extent of it. I will not be returning.

I love going to Nirvana nails and love the work Elly does! She always shapes my nails perfectly and does amazing gel manicures.

I had the best experience here. They took me as a walk in and Quy greeted me, checked in on me and made sure I was happy the entire time I was there. Holly fixed my previous long gel nails and was very detailed about it. She was skilled at taking off the previous coats, took so many steps to make sure the new coats were perfect and was really careful with the design I wanted on my nails too. It’s always a little nerve wracking to go to a new nail salon but their prices were great, the service was excellent and Holly was wonderful. I’m really happy I found this place and I’ll only go here from now on. I recommend it.
