Nirvana Massage Therapy (By Appointment Only)

I was looking for deep tissue massage, and was very excited to find this place in Mandeville, La. I emailed them asking questions about pricing and deep tissue work. A week went by with no response. I then called and left a voice message for them to call me back. It has now been over one week since leaving a voice message, and I've received no phone call back. Nor any response from my email either! Seriously, I don't know how someone runs a business like this? Are they really serious about being in business and obtaining new customers? I don't have the time or respect for unprofessional businesses that can't take the time or effort to return phone calls or emails to obtain new business.

I’m a professional massage therapist so I understand the value of massage and a great therapist! I have been in search for a long time and tried out a LOT of different therapists, and, honestly, it’s been really difficult for me to find one I think is worth my time and money. Once I found Aubrey, I knew she was the one! I’ve been seeing her exclusively now for over a year and I recommend my massage friends to her all the time. She is awesome!!

I had a 60 minute massage with Aubrey and it was fantastic! I was able to book online and have all the appointments and confirmations sent through text, which made me like them even more. Getting here isn't hard, but it's not where you'd think it'd be. It's inside a building on the third floor. I was expecting suites or something, and that kind of threw me off. Aubrey was very professional, and made sure to ask about massage intensity and trouble spots, etc. and spent a good amount of time on the area that I was most concerned about while also working in everything else. I will definitely be back.

I've been a regular client at Nirvana for about 4 years, definitely since pre-covid. I have seen Kia, who was amazing but stopped working for Nirvana long ago. I have seen Gabrielle, who is amazing and relaxing and patient. I have also seen and continue to see Aubrey, who is also amazing and a little more aggressive (in my experience) than Gabrielle. My wife sees Michael who is a spectacular therapist. The location is just outside The Sanctuary and is convenient and really well set up, including hot pads in cooler weather. They have great equipment, including suction cups and hot stones, depending on needs. This is a totally top notch business that looks after their clients. Aubrey is my go to for my massages. She is professional and courteous. Before we start she always ask if there are any problem spots I have that need to be addressed. I always leave feeling relaxed and muscle tension free. Definitely recommend her!
