Pulled up to this location as the first time I went service was great with the owner as I found the items I was looking for. Today I walked in the owner wasn’t there nor did she have any idea to help me find the items I was looking for. She asked me if she could help then questioned me 2x to ask if I’ve ever been to this store before as if I’m dumb. I said yes I’ve been here before & the items I previously purchased were here. She proceeds to walk towards the back of the store to say “see here this is what you’re looking for! Did you ever come back here today see?!” I pay for the spray only to realize once I got to my car it was not the right item I was looking for. I walk back in to ask for a refund. The lady says “the owner doesn’t do refunds” I said “this is the wrong item” she repeats

Great store! The lady who helped me was so kind and helpful! Their prices can’t be beat either! I will definitely be back to support a local business!

I honestly went because it's a B.O.B but her products are great and I love that I can ask questions about the products and receive recommendations from someone who has tried the product. Excellent product quality and customer service.

I’m always willing to support a woman owned business especially when it’s black owned. Went in and met the husband. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He also advised me of a food spot a few doors over that had recently opened up in the area. The beauty supply isn’t that big but it has a nice set up and offers a great selection. I will definitely make sure to return.
