I booked my first appointment with this tech for today at 4:45pm. Unbeknownst to me until I got there, the appointment was canceled at 3pm without any explanation or verbal communication to me other than an email from the booking site informing me of the appointment being canceled. This was very inconsiderate and unprofessional to say the least.
