No one else is sitting in the room as your services are being rendered which is a plus. She is also very patient by listening to what your visions are while giving her own suggestions which are welcomed and helpful to me. This was my first time wearing a wig! Although the results came out pretty good, but I don't think that I would be wearing one anytime soon. That is just a personal choice though. Anyways, Nina is a very kind, patient soul. The woman knows what she is doing inside out. She took the time to answer my various questions in regards to wig installation. In my few conversations with her, she was never once dismissive. Nina was very helpful every time. In today's world, other people would just get impatient and catch an attitude because they are tired of you. Nina communicated with me well throughout the process, and is easy to talk to.
