First off, I really dislike leaving not-so-positive reviews, but I am hopeful that my experience here will save someone else a lot of time & agony. I arrived with my fiancée first thing Saturday morning for a couples' walk-in pedicure service. There was 1 customer ahead of us who turned to me stating their English is minimal and they're hard to communicate with but she comes here b/c it's nearby & typically there's no wait if she gets there early. I heeded the heads-up as a courtesy & mentioned we decided to try this place because we also live nearby before thanking her for her thoughtful gesture. Keeping the language barrier in mind, I shared the info with my fiancée so he'd be aware if he needed to communicate with the nail technician during his service. We proceeded with our pedicures,

These nail spot is way below one star. Walked out after 2.5 hours from sitting there for them not understand me. Asked for a basic gel manicure and was kind about it. They were nice enough to accommodate the style of a “u” shape type of French but would have rather them tell me NONE of them knew how to do French. They took it off after 3 tries. Caught one of the ladies recording me. And she wasn’t trying to be discreet about it either. Save your coin they don’t know how to do any design.

This was my first time at this salon.They did a good pedicure just right no cuts or bleeding. My full set came out really good. I really love my nails. I will return and definitely recommend.

Absolutely horrible! Nina is very rough cut 4 of my fingers with the nail filer my pinky nail has been consistently burning since I left I got there at 1:30 pm didn’t leave until 6pm because she kept messing up and soaking off the nails she charged me $85 one of my nails is slanted I wouldn’t come here ! I’ve been coming for 2 yrs never had this problem they don’t care about their customers they’re just money hungry I paid for my pedicure but paid half for my nails cause foh trash!

Impressive Nail Salon in Grove Hall area of Dorchester.Called and same day appointment available.Following all covid protocols with 6' distance between stations and glass shields.Super clean,speedy service and two books with gel polish options. I will definitely be back!!
