Nina Nails

Let’s start off with the rude employees. Two girls who sit towards the window by the door made the entire visit to the shop uncomfortable. They would not stop talking about me and insulting me in their language and little did they know the entire time I knew what they were saying. The girl who did my nails second chair away from window, made it known that doing my nails was an inconvenience from the moment I sat in the chair. She wouldn’t stop rolling her eyes, she took breaks on her phone for minutes on end to call people or to text and have conversations with them. She yanked my arm and was cursing me out under her breath. She cut off so much of skin on my fingers and did extremely sloppy work. I don’t expect much from a chop shop, but I never had bad experience like that in one either.

Very bad service. Always on there phone and busy talking shit about these customers like we don’t Know what they say. They make fun of you and are so aggressive with your hands and feet. Cut my toenails bled 3 times. I don’t recommend. If you’re paying money for good service go to someone who’s worth it. Also they pull your hands so hard and push it away. If you don’t know English properly don’t work there. Always on phone 24/7. Next time if you talk shit im ur language meaning Spanish be careful. 0/100

This place is soooooooooo unprofessional. The girl that did my nails was very rude and uncommunicative. Has the nastiest attitude and doesn’t even help you pick anything up so your nails won’t get messed up. First and last time there. I would not recommend anyone going there unless you kind of broke and you just need something quick done. Worst service ever

Great job! My mom and I go powder instead of gel manicures. They look great! They are almost two weeks old and still look fabulous!
