2 Stars because the atmosphere is bomb! I wish I would have read the reviews first before going but my daughter in law referred me and I loved her nails. The place is simply beautiful and welcoming. Not crowded and sat right down with my tech Kim by request. The staff was nice and pleasant. I requested an acrylic set with curved nails and squared. I requested a color not gel. From the start, I did not like the way she applied the tips, I repeatedly told her that the tips were too small width wise but she ignored me and kept going. I figured they’d widen a bit with acrylic so I let her continue. When I went to wash my hands I was very upset. I clearly said square and these were shaped like coffin nails and now I know why the nails were too small. I had another appointment and couldn’t stay

I am never one to write reviews however I felt the need to write one today. I was a walk in today around 3 o’clock. I had just gotten out of work and desperately needed a pedicure. I usually go to random nail salons for my pedicures however this spot really took the cake. For one open on a Monday, but for two my pedicure was done within 30 minutes and super thorough! I wish I had gotten the wonderful lady’s name who did my pedicure. The staff that I interacted with was so nice and even complimented me. This spot felt like a safe and non judgmental establishment. Thank you so much for such a pleasurable experience. I will definitely be back :)

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went today 6/19 i had an appointment at 10 they call me at 940 that the girl called put which is not a problem. I come back at 11 for a fill . KIM does my fill, she used the wrong color acrylic and files so much that it doesnt even look like she did anything to begin with. The OWNER then says shell fix my nails. All she had to do was fill in the gaps that kim left. She then applies the thickest coat of acrylic on ALL OF MY NAILS . After she does one hand I tell her i am not happy as some of them already look like they are going to pop off because she went over my cuticle. I told her just please do the other hand and put a clear coat so I can go. She told me “ if i dont like it i can leave and stop wasting her time, she already tried to fix them and I wasti

Update: had a different lady last time because I was desperate and my regular girl was booked. She gave me fungus on 2 of my nails and I paid $85 plus tip for them to last 9 days when my nails usually last 4+ weeks. Don’t go here Genuinely the best nails I’ve ever had. My nails last the longest they ever had compared to any other place I’ve ever been and my nails have been GORGEOUS

I’m new customer walked in for pricing after agreeing to a new full set & gel pedi they sat me down for 15 minutes. Plenty of staff members Available chatting almost themselves. When I asked if someone would be attending me the woman told me that the girls whose turn it was was eating. Not a smart decision made by this salon. When attending new clients especially if your staff is not ready you should pass the client in to one of the 3 others who were ready. Glad I left I was able to see their shotty nails. Pass this place ladies!
