Nina Nail Spa

Went to Nina’s Nail Salon for the first time, and I will be back. The salon is spacious and clean. My Nail Tech was fantastic and paid attention to details. My nails are beautiful. She and the staff were so great to me as I scheduled my day incorrectly and had to run out mid-manicure to make it to another appointment. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating allowing me to come back a bit later to complete my nails. Not planning on making a habit of that, but they were all very gracious.

Have been going to Nina’s for 20 years. She’s the nicest and they do not overbook apts. it’s also very clean!

Not satisfied with the service received at all, I am from out of country and needed to fix a nail that cracked. Thankfully the salon accepted me without an appiontment, but having a language barrier being from out of country and the service technician not understanding me well, it was my worst nail salon experience ever. Not just didn't I receive the service I wanted, the quality of work was horrible, I wanted my one cracked nail fixed and just a normal gel manicure, but the nail artist continued to add UV-gel on all my nails (not requested, only one nail fixed and gel nail polish) ended up paying $90 for a $30 nails gel service. Received some attitude as well because of their incompetent of listening to the client.

I went to Nina Nails for years and they were always the best around. When I moved out of town I tried to find a salon as good as Nina's and over time my nails were just destroyed! No one did the job with such care and attention as Nina and her team. After a year of searching closer to my new home for a nail salon I gave up and returned to Nina's. Not only did they do the BEST job, like the good old days, but they greeted me with a smile and a hug after not seeing me for so long. Who can beat that! Now I will be driving back home for my occasional Mani Pedis because they are totally worth it!

In the pictures, I'm the one with blue nails. I came in with the middle nail gone and pinkies grown out to left field 😔 very crooked. Nina Spa corrected beautifully!! Had tried CT Collective but a) came out nice but not squared or corrected. b) nasty pricey cancelation policies. No Room for life. Plus as they are all owners had expected tip on top of bout $25 more than other places. Owners don't get tipped!! They generally get holiday gifts. I highly recommend Nina nails spa as they also do their best for last minute accommodations. Love their work!!!
