Nina Hair and Nail

- 35 for a new full set and matte gel color - I called them before going in and they told me full sets start at 23. When I went in the breakdown was 27 for full set + 3 for gel color + 5 for matte. When I mentioned the 23 that was told to me on the phone and the 23 that was listed on their price list on the wall in the corner, I was ignored. - The quality of the set is about average. The person who did my nails noticed a few imperfections and ignored them instead of fixing them. The fill in set that my mom got had an air bubble in one nail and that same nail felt bumpy. - When I asked for a third coat due to the color that I had chosen being very light, I was given a not nice look. - The under part of the nail is very sloppy looking.
