Nimi's Threading & Waxing Salon

I had a very disappointing experience here. Everyone knows how important eyebrows are (especially for girls/women). I told the threader to do mine natural and keep them thick. Needless to say, she did not do so. The picture below is the after. Then, after the fact, she tried to say that she just cleaned them up. No - ma'am you took off all my eyebrows. I will have to just spend the extra coins with a brow specialist. In the meantime, I have to fill my eyebrows in. 🥴

Today I had a horrible experience in this place. I wish I could take the pictures where the owner pull my hair. She was in a big rush and my skin ended so irritated and red. No apologies, no sense of customer service . Just keep screaming that she didn’t pull my hair. Not even bothered to put some aloe/burn gels I know you were busy but it was disrespectful.

I love this place. They do a good job on my brows and they dont charge an arm & leg for eyebrow tinting

This place is absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the customer service is top-notch. Nimi is truly exceptional at what she does—she goes above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. The salon is always spotless and smells fresh. I highly recommend it!

Great service consistently!! Nimi always provides great service. Love having local place to get my waxes done. And she is reasonably priced.
