⚠️ Warning About This Braid Shop – Please Read Before Booking ⚠️ Ladies, I want to share my extremely disappointing experience at this braid shop to help others avoid what I went through. I visited the salon on September 6th, from 8 AM to 1:15 PM. I was excited to get knotless boho braids with curly ends. I showed the owner, Nicole, a picture of exactly what I wanted and was quoted $220, which I agreed to. After being seated, two stylists were assigned to me. I explained again that I did not want a bob-style, since my hair is longer than that, and I wanted to keep the length. One of the stylists, Jessica, acknowledged and said “OK,” so I believed we were on the same page. Unfortunately, the final result was a nightmare. Went in and did wait a bit but I didn't have an appointment with it being the day before school starts again but once I got in, the wash felt good and relaxing. When they started twisting my hair, it was effective as it also made me sleepy and relaxed. Definitely a 10/10 must try.

Nicole is very nice! Communicates well on wait! I came in as a walk in on Saturday afternoon after visiting 2 other known shops in the area! All the other ladies work quickly and do good work! While waiting I was anticipating who I would get to braid my hair and soon figured I would allow any of these ladies in my head! Thanks for the experience

My hair came out so cute! I went on a Saturday morning as soon as they opened and there were three people ready to get their hair done. By 11am/12pm the shop was full. There was not one open seat. One girl did top of my head and another did the back. Absolutely love my knotless braids. I also loved that they spoke French as I speak French too so that was cool. I'll definitely be back to see my Togo aunties. (These pictures are from 1 week later)

Please find another braiding shop the service here has gotten worse and worse while the prices go up and up. I've been loyal since 2004 and 2025 is my last year here. North KC here I come! Nicole get ahold of your shop please.
