Nikki's Salon

I was excited when Nikki announced she was leaving the salon on Taylor Street to open a new business. I followed Nikki to the West Town location. Even though I knew I would lose my eyebrow threader, I learned to trust her professional and experienced staff. Do you like earning rewards? Do not forget to ask for your punch card. Eventually, I scheduled an additional service. I turned to Nikki's for the waxing service after the salon near my job closed. I was a customer for over ten years. After two waxes at Nikki's, I am comfortable with my new esthetician. If you are looking for a salon with experienced staff, try the threading or waxing services. The salon is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Although I pay slightly more for the services at Nikki's, the rewards card is a nice perk. Stree

The salon was super clean and nice. walked in on a saturday and there was no wait either. I got my eyebrows and lip threaded and it was a fast and smooth service. My eyebrows look amazing now!

When I arrived for my service I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged for the most part. When I sat down for my service before being asked what I was getting an older lady straight away pulled out thread to thread my eyebrows. I quickly stopped her to tell her what I was actually there for, which was eyebrow wax and tint. The wax was fine, the tint was… a disaster. I had just left the hair salon from getting my hair done and the person doing my eyebrows completely ruined my hair by pulling it up where my eyebrow hairs was. After putting the tint on, it was rather sloppy and I had to tell her multiple places to fix them. Overall I’m disappointed with my eyebrows the left looks better than the right. Ultimately this service wasn’t worth the $30 or wait time.

Very nice people. The salon is very clean and nice to be in. Threading technicians are very skilled. Also, their waxer is wonderful and very skilled. Have been here a few times now, and each time it has been consistently good.

Clean shop, cute, and they did a great job on my eyebrow threading and tint. Definitely will be returning :)
