I am truly disappointed with my experience at Nikki Hair Studio. I had scheduled a 5pm appointment explicitly with the stylist, as this was my first visit, and I placed my trust in her to care for my hair. I also confirmed the appointment via text message. However, upon arrival, she appeared uncertain that I had an appointment, which immediately made me feel unwelcome and confused. What was particularly distressing was that, instead of attending to me personally, she delegated my service to her new graduate while she continued servicing clients who arrived after me. Throughout the entire process, she did not once check on my well-being, examine my hair, or ensure my comfort. I observed her devoting full attention to others while I was left feeling neglected. So glad I found a new Natural Hair Salon! I had locs for years and I finally got tired of the upkeep and combed them all out! Once they were gone I wasn’t sure what to do with my loose natural hair. I went on Google and found this place and I’m so glad I did! The owner was super friendly and understanding of my hair care journey. She helped get my hair feeling fresh and new again for the new year. I will definitely be coming back!

I took my 14 year old son to Erica for a style. She gave us options for the length he has. The partings for his twists are very neat and professional looking. She made him feel comfortable & welcome. The price was reasonable as well. We’ll be back!
