I am BEYOND HAPPY with these ladies and their skills. My nails are beautiful! They feel secure but not tight! The structure is impeccable! AND she took care of my cuticles and flaky skin around my nails. I absolutely hate seeing my cuticle being pulled along with the acrylic as they grow (when I go to chop shops). I bite my nails so she was working with less than a cm of nail and was able to keep the integrity of the nail and get a reasonable length. Oh my God the chop shops SMELL and this place barely has any smell and the scent it does have is so pleasant. I will never go anywhere else again!

My nails have been getting so many compliments since I first started seeing Nikki about a year ago now, and I was only too happy to follow her to she and her sister's amazing new building! I always have a great experience with Nikki, who's super sweet and creative and always makes sure my nails look perfect. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and you can tell they put a ton of thought into making it a relaxing place to spend time. Definitely can't recommend it enough! UPDATE: Editing my review to add that I just found out the pedi stations have heated blankets and super cute privacy curtains and if I could add another star I would. Seriously, go here.

Seriously, this place is amazing! The owners are so sweet and make you feel comfortable. The vibe is relaxing and the ascetic is warm and welcoming. My and my daughters nails are fabulous. We asked for some really tricky nail art and they knocked it out of the park! Prices are good too! If you need a place that cares about their work and makes sure you are happy then you have found it! We have and can't wait for our next appointment 😊❤️

I've been following Nikki for my naol services since 2019. Nikki is amazing! She takes her time, pays attention to detail, listens to your requests and makes sure everything is to your liking throughout the process. She is very professional, kind, and courteous. Her sister, Coreann, is exactly the same! These two ladies go unmatched. Their place of business is what the RTP/Garner area have been missing. You will not leave disappointed!

I scheduled an appointment with Nico Salon on Saturday, and we clearly agreed the appointment would be on Tuesday due to my work schedule. I thought it was unusual that they required my credit card before receiving any service, but because I was referred, I went ahead and added it. When I arrived today for my appointment, I was told it had actually been scheduled for yesterday—and they had already charged me for a no-show. The owner was rude and dismissive when I explained the situation. She asked if I received the confirmation; I explained that I may have, but I relied on the clear conversation we had and the time I placed in my calendar based on that discussion. They charged my card without any attempt to resolve the misunderstanding or offer reasonable customer service. Please do not
