Nicole's House of Beauty

On 12/17/25 I went to get a massage and the room was super cold. The decor of the place was nice, but there was no heat and the massage was not good. My time was wasted and I definitely want a refund, because I have to find another place for my massage. I lost all hope for establishments in petersburg va‼️

Nicole's House of Beauty is so pretty. The ambiance is nice, the staff is pleasant and the service is impeccable. My friend and I received the facial and massage which were both amazing. Ashley did our massage and has us both in there snoring lol. They even host private parties, have nail techs and her mother owns a hair salon next door. Love it. And it's black owned.

Absolutely loved my experience! The braids came out beautifully, and the service was top-notch. The shampoo and blow-dry were quick but thorough, and everything was done efficiently without compromising quality. I’m so glad I finally found a great hair salon — I’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff is always friendly. The environment smells fresh and is always clean...and lastly, my mom and I thoroughly enjoy the massages so much so that I drove from Norfolk just to get one 🥰. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Search hard for a BOB. They had parking in the back.The Place was cute. It was wired having the nail tech talk on the phone while I got my nails done but that May be normal to some. I choose water not wine it was early in the day. My Nails came out a lil thick but still cute. I loved the customer service and treatment. I tip the receptionist because she was nice. I tip my nail tech because I love when someone cares about their work. I would go back.
