Nicki's Beauty Supply

This is now called “Beauty Center” and I went there Sunday morning because my usual beauty supply was closed. I came in for lipgloss, bought it and tried taking the adhesive sticker off and it was nearly impossible without leaving behind adhesive residue. I went back in for an exchange for a lipgloss without a security tag stuck to it and she said they all have them. I asked for a return and the cashier (Assuming of Indian descent) stated they can’t do a return although I was in there a few minutes ago and she stated there was no manager in who could do it. She called out someone named Eric and after a few minutes he still never came so I just exchanged it for a pair of shears and paid the difference. I recently visited Nicki's Beauty Supply Store and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. As someone who isn't well-versed in hair care, I tend to go to beauty supply stores mainly for basic products. What impressed me the most about Nicki's was the exceptional quality of their products and the impeccable organization within the store. Navigating through the store was a breeze, thanks to their thoughtfully arranged shelves and clear signage. I don't shop here often but my girlfriend does. They seem to usually have what she's looking for and she is very serious about hair. She makes wigs and does make up and all that type of stuff. The store itself was spacious and clean. They had a large selection of hair and wigs. There was a lot to look at. The staff was quiet but nice. My girlfriend says the prices are high though. Says she mostly goes there because its decently kept and not too far away.

Large inventory of products, weaves, wigs, braiding hair, clothes EVERYTHING!! There was only one lady behind the counter when I went (was there really early lol) and she was really professional and nice and engaged with me as a customer with pleasure. Definitely going to start coming here 💪🏾❤️

what a farce!! Not Black owned as posted, and the staff wasn't helpful or welcoming. In fact the guy followed us, as if we were trying to steal. I haven't been treated that way in any other hair care store- so we left and went to one of our favorites. #mymoneyisgreen! #ihaveoptions
