Great relaxing calming environment. Very gentle listen to their customers needs and requests. Nail artist is amazing.

Not happy! I’ve been there before and they did great. I went in today and the entire process was terrible. The pedicure she didn’t scrub me feet or clean my nails until I asked. The paint is all rippled. My finger was cut with the drimel. They seemed irritated and unwelcoming. I was so mad by the time I left not sure I’ll ever go back.

I truly believe Michael does a million dollar manicure - quality quality and care! I've been around the world, had my nails done in some of the finest salons in Europe, and none of them compare to the quality that Michael consistantly provides. I encourage anyone who has not gone to Nice Nails to try - you will not be disappointed and if I were to bet , you'll never want to go anywhere else again! Tanya

I'm in the area for a short time and my toes needed help. I made an appointment on Thursday for a Friday 4pm pedicure, knowing that it would be a busy time to go. When I got there for my pedicure, it didn't matter that I had an appointment. I still had to wait at least 30 minutes before getting into a chair. The girl sitting beside me was fuming. She said she'd been there for 2 hours and they were only 1/2 way done with her. I was really really hoping this wasn't going to take 2 hours. I wasn't offered anything to drink, shown how to use the massager on the chair, and no menu was given for me to choose which kind of pedicure I wanted. I had to ask about all of these things, which rarely happens when I usually go to a nail salon. I chose the $40 deluxe, asked for a soda, and figure
