Nice Nails

I have been to this place MANY times and generally always leave happy. However, last 4-5 times it has just been unpleasant. The time and effort put into the actual service is so minimal but going farther, the staff is just rude. Not only do they not listen to what you want done, they barely speak to you during your time at the table. They make you feel like a bother. I may be old school but I believe a “hello” or “how are you today” or maybe even a “thank you” goes a long way to show appreciation for someone supporting their business. Also, the rush that they put in getting through your service is followed up by the rush out the door when your nails aren’t even dry yet so two seconds out the door your nails look worse than they did already🫩

UPDATE: i called and they told me to come in to get them fixed. the man who fixed them did amazing! i left a generous tip. My mom called ahead and made an appointment and mentioned there would be 4 people. One full set, one pedicure and two manicures. The man said okay, be here at 11:30. I showed up about 11:25, told them I was a part of the appointment set for 11:30. I signed in and told them the rest of the party were on their way. There were only two workers. They finished up the girl before me and sat me down, and began my full set. Another woman walked in and asked for a fill in, they told her to go ahead and sit down and began her nails. When the rest of my party got there and were walking through the door, their complete attitude changed. The girl said under her breath “oh my god”

While getting our nails done, staff was pointing & laughing at my mother & sister. Not exactly sure what they were talking about but it was very clear staff was making fun of my mother & sister while doing their nails. rude staff, would not recommend. Edit: staff has responded claiming they were not making fun of them however this is not believable to me due to the amount of times they pointed & laughed. Also when I spoke to staff about this I was very calm, did not yell & they had every opportunity to speak up & tell me then that they were not making fun.

Amy did a fantastic job. She helped me choose the color and designed for my nails. I love coming here to get my nails done. I’ll definitely comeback.

They did a great job! I will be going back regularly. Only complaint was that when she painted my toenails, she didn't go all the way down to the base. But, otherwise the experience was awesome.
