I had a pleasant experience during my visit till the end. Instead of curing my dip with a light he put a top coat on without it and used a fan and said I was good to go. Within hours my nails had these cracks in them. They are not shiny and look like an old manicure. I usually don’t complain but I questioned the top coat process and he said it was fine.

I had an appt at this establishment that I wish I would've canceled. I walked in, said good afternoon to everyone and was looked at like I had a third eye. The lady who I believe is the owner is rude as heck. As someone had previously posted, they speak166666666666666666666666666666666666 in their native language and don't say anything to you. The boy that did my pedicure was inexperienced and shouldn't be allowed to touch anyone!!!! Let alone their feet. She was upset because I asked where his certificate was, it should be posted. I don't see them lasting long.

I typically don't leave reviews but I had a very negative experience. While I was there, the one woman who was doing my nails was rude and impatient. At one point she was so rude to a customer who walked in that they decided to leave. I got a dip manicure. Typically dip lasts about 4 weeks. My manicure started chipping within the first week. The trip was not worth the hassle or the price.

Selena does her job well, but is rude and miserable. Why should we want to tip you for rudeness? You are performing a service to people Who are paying you. Learn to be kind and nice to your customers. none of them talk to you. They only talk in their native language to each other. I just find it very rude. If you don’t like people, you should not be doing this job!

My pedicure started off great but as he was trimming my cuticles, he trimmed or did something to the side of my toe that hurt really bad. I woke up that night with a throbbing toe and the next day a full blown infection. Very unfortunate as this was to be a relaxing service and now I have to deal with this over our christmas vacation.
