Erin is amazing. She cuts both of our kiddos’ hair (4yo and 1yo, both with curly/wavy hair). She just did my 1yo’s first ever haircut and it was SUCH a positive experience!

This salon deserves more than 5 stars! Erin did a great job cutting my long hair. I loved it so much that I got my fiancé an appointment later that day. Michelle did a great job cutting his short hair. Best part is both Erin & Michelle are the sweetest people! This is definitely our go to place from now on! Thanks ladies for running a wonderful business that people want to keep returning too.

Erin is so nice and amazing at what she does. She knows exactly what I want even when I'm not great at explaining it, and gives me the best coloring. Prices are reasonable especially when you look at spa/salons or other small hairdressers around town. I have been coming to Erib for about a year or so, and have since moved out of the area. However, I wait until I visit home every so often to get my hair cut/colored - a true testament to how amazing Erin and her partner are here!

Michelle has been my stylist for the last 25 years - - through long & short, blonde & deep brunette, and now grey. She has always been on-point with style and color choices to fit my ever-changing age and physique. Erin has been my daughter's stylist for approximately the last 8 years. She took her on when I asked if she could get highlights when she was younger to give a glow to her medium brown, dull hair. Erin is excellent with children and has a great eye for style as well. She's also very skilled at waxing. Next Step is a bit contemporary-edgy, but in a great way! I don't think I'd be comfortable going to a salon that was not up-to-date with current trends. Whether the client is 4 or 84 years old, everyone is made to feel welcome and both owner stylists cater to each client's individu

Great salon, offers all services that you would expect. Salon is kept very clean, has a hip feel to it. Hairdressers will go out of their way to find a time that works for you. Ask for Kelsey, she's done my hair for the past year and does an exceptional job.
