Next Level Barbershop & Salon

I scheduled an appointment with the owner. He asked me to send him pictures of my hair so he would be ready. I showed up for the appointment and he did not. When I reached out to him, he did not seem to care that I had wasted my time coming to his shop nor did he apologize and then he lied and stated that he canceled the appointment on the app. I would not recommend this place to anybody. It’s clear that he does not know how to run a business. if I was able, I wouldn’t even give him the one star, but I’m required to give it to him.

All the barbers here are talented. I booked with Shy after my old barber couldn't fit me in and I haven't gone back since. One of the best barbers in the area and I've tried about 9 different barbers so far in the last year. Great atmosphere. Great prices and options too. My fade and beard have been 🔥

My husband and I were in Savannah for the weekend, I had decided Saturday morning that I wanted to shave my head completely due to hair loss related to a current health issue I was undergoing. I googled barbers in the area and came across Kahari who had excellent reviews. I was late for my appointment, but he was able to fit me in about an hour later. Excellent customer service, let me know he had not done this particular type of cut on a woman before, I advised him that it would be my 1st experience having my head shaved, so we were even. He did an excellent job and talked with me throughout the entire process, moisturized my scalp with rose water, warm towel wrap, another moisturizer, ending with a cool towel wrap. I walked in this establishment with my 13 year old son who needed a cut bad. There was two barbers and one customer getting a cut at this time. I explained to the guy that was at the counter and free that this was my first time coming here and I needed to get my sons hair cut if he had time. He flat out told me that he didn’t have time when there was clearly No other customers waiting. It does say walk ins welcome and we was turnt away. I was trying to find an established barber to take my son to for now on and this one is clearly not it. If you don’t do walk ins then I would put appt only on your website.

I would not recommend Mani the Barber if going to this barbershop. Got my haircut by this guy one time. It was good. Couldn’t really book him again because of my conflicting schedule with work. Had to get with whoever could work with my hours. Booked this guy all of a sudden out of the blue. He accepted. I went there and walked up to him and he looked like he didn’t even remember he had appointment with me. He preceded to ask what was I getting, before I could even say, he stated “I can’t cut your hair, and walked off and started putting his equipment up. I was thinking to myself WTH.
