NexGen Nail Bar in Henderson (located in Lake Mead Crossing)

I gave one star because the girl who did my pedicure did an AMAZING JOB. But if I could give zero stars in the guy who did my nails I would ! He was rushing to begin with. If he didn’t have time to do my nails he should’ve said that and I would’ve came back. Half of my nail has no polish and no arylic I wanted oval and he did almond. One of my thumbs is shape not almond not oval. Looks like a broken almond. The pictures will tell you everything. They were packing up for remodeling. It’s not my problem that they did everything last minute and want to rush the job. He did no prep on my nail. If you look closely you can still see the nail polish that I came in with. Very ugly very unprofessional I’m just not happy. I wish I didn’t pay for these nails !

They absolutely killed it! I got a gel pedicure and she was so wonderful and sweet. The gentleman who did my nails was so kind and funny. He was so patient and brought out all the jewelry and let me look through them. Seriously the best nails I’ve ever gotten.

Pricey for what you get. They push for services not needed. Add it and charge you in the end with out knowing. Prices are crazy ! They treat you like you’re going to run out don’t waste your time. It kills it for the person who DOES TO THE WORK on your toes.. horrible place if you looking to relax have a good vibe and leave happy DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely terrible! Went in for the 3rd time for a fill with colored acrylic. He decided to do an acrylic dip as he got to the color I asked why he was doing it that way and he said oh it's the same. I made it abundantly clear it wasn't, I wanted mononer and polymer and he continued, and said this is the same. He 'fixed' 4 of them which now aren't done the way I like them and none of them are the same shape and missed the cuticle area on almost all of them and the sides on most of them. Then out of the kindness of his heart he didn't charge me to 'fix' the ones he didn't even use colored acrylic on.

I've been here twice now, once with an appointment and on e without. Just a walkin. Great place to get your nails done. Very professional and always do a great job. Even with a fill overdo by two weeks. Thank you
