Terrible experience twice. I had an appointment for mani/pedi. I was having a nice pedicure when the owner came & took the young girl away to work on someone who came in w/o an appointment. He was very rough & disinterested. He then did my nails and was really rough and painful i was bleeding from 4 nails he kept putting alcohol on to stop which was making it worse . I went back today because/c I had a gift card and thought it might be better. It was not they put me in 4 different chairs the female owner was also very rough & I was bleeding from 2 fingers. They are only interested in making money . .

I had a terrible experience at this salon and would not recommend it. I booked my appointment through ClassPass (who I pay and they make the reservation and pay the business directly), paid the full listed price in advance, and confirmed my services before arriving. Despite that, when I was finishing up, I was told I needed to pay an additional $30 — on top of the $60 I had already paid. The business confirmed that they had received the payment from Classpass but that I still owed more money. Then they told me that they don’t ever use Classpass, even though the reservation and payment receipt were both from them. When I explained that ClassPass had already paid the salon, the man at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me it “wasn’t his problem” and insisted that I pa

just okay. it was a clean place, i will say. but i paid $67 for my acrylic nails and they don’t look as good. they also charged $7 for a missing nail. they’re chipping and im disappointed because i paid a lot of money for them to chip. i thought i was getting a gel top coat and i got regular. 2 days after i got them done, 2 nails completely broke off and i went back to fix them. would i come back- probably not because i wasn’t pleased and paid a lot of money.

I am always delighted with my results and had to post. The salon has always been very accommodating, especially in last minute appointments and/or emergency fixes. A very clean, professional and well run salon.

Been going here for several years now. Staff is very pleasant and they do a great job!!!
