I don't know if they restarted with allowing us to try on wigs again before purchasing... they do have the best prices in town. Employees where really nice and patient with me.. not accessible if one's wheelchair user.

What is corporates number for this place? My brother and I went to purchase a coco butter stick when we opened it in the store it literally fell right on the floor the lady watched it. It’s not connected to the stick. When we asked for a new one she refused and refused to give us our money back. The stick isn’t connected at all which is considered broke. Really disrespectful lady.

I like going to the Newton store here in Smyrna and Middletown. I’ve had no problem with getting help from the staff because I can’t always find what I’m looking for; but most of the time they have the products I am looking for.

Nice sales lady but too small to move around and a loud alarm beeper.

Went in to look for some products, but the lady behind the desk was so obsessed with being on her phone, that she looked irritated when I asked for help. I’ll take my coins elsewhere!
